Cover Remixes featuring original samples

Some artists use the main tracks of some of Nik Kershaw songs (at least vocals...) and add new arrangements to create a new mix of the song.

Most of the time, Nik Kershaw is NOT involved in the remixing process.

Should these tracks be considered as remixes of the original songs?

Probably not as they only use samples from the original track.

Should they be considered as true covers?

Probably not as they indeed use parts (vocals or more) of Nik Kershaw's original songs.

These new versions are on a line drawn between covers and remixes.

Therefore, the must be listed in a different specific page.

Note that fans around the world shared a lot of home-made remixes of Nik Kershaw songs.

These fan-made mixes are not listed here.
